Your kitchen sets the scene. Here’s how you can help make the evening seamless:

A completely cleared, clean countertop or island and an empty sink.

Hand soap and paper towel for hand washing in the kitchen.

Working oven and stovetop

Protective covering for delicate surfaces if necessary (marble, wood, etc.) — the host is responsible for safeguarding these areas

FAQ

Do I need to cook anything ahead of time?

Not at all. Everything is prepared, styled, and served during the class. Just be sure your kitchen is clean , clutter free and ready when we arrive.

What if I don’t have enough chairs, glasses, or serving dishes?

You’ll need to provide flatware, glasses, linens, and a set table for your guests. I bring the plates and serving pieces for the food, but I do not offer rentals — if you’re missing anything, I recommend borrowing or sourcing extras ahead of time.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Cook + Style classes are built around a shared menu prepared and enjoyed by the entire group. Because many dishes rely on specific ingredients and techniques (like a cream sauce or garlic base), I’m not able to make substitutions for individual guests without altering the menu for everyone and changing the intended result.
If your group has serious allergies or dietary needs, this format may not be the best fit — feel free to reach out before booking and I’ll help you decide.

Can I customize the menu?

Menus are seasonal with 2 options to choose from for each course with the exception the antipasto.

Is alcohol included?

Beverage service is provided by the host. I’ll include suggested wine and cocktail pairings for your menu, but the selection and purchase are completely up to you.

Can I host more than 8 people?

Classes are designed for 6–8 guests to keep them hands-on and enjoyable. I’m not cusrrently offering larger formats.

Can children attend?

This is an experience designed for adults. Ages 16 and up are welcome
